General Meeting - Tuesday, April 14th
Great progress was reported at the latest meeting:
Aero has finalised the design for the nose cone, Suspension has mounted both sets of front control arms, Brakes & Ergo has run the brake lines, and Electrical has almost completed the engine-side wiring harness.
We are expecting to be wheels-on-the-ground by the end of the week; we hope to transfer the engine from the '06 to the new chassis over the weekend, contact your subteam lead if you are available and interested in helping!
UTSA Day is this weekend as well, we need a few members to hold down our booth and answer any questions, contact events@roadrunnerracing.org to apply.
Any new members can contact the shop foreman at shop-foreman@roadrunnerracing.org to get their safety trainings open. Make sure to double check that your dues have been paid, contact the treasurer at treasurer@roadrunnerracing.org. Once you have completed your safety trainings and have paid your dues feel free to come to any subteam meetings! We're excited to see you there!
For any members going to competition, make sure to send your signed Release & Indemnification form to leadership@roadrunnerracing.org so that we can forward that to UTSA administration. Also include your schedules with class section and professor names so that we can send the final exam exemptions.
